INDY WILL POST NEW CONTENT DAILY

For the duration of the COVID-19 emergency, The Indy will be posting new content daily. The weekly digest will still be emailed to subscribers every Saturday morning. We remind readers that subscriptions are free and guarantee the delivery of a weekly news summary (and nothing else!) to your inbox.

The Indy will post a COVID-19 Daily Update, every morning between 8-9 AM. The update includes daily COVID-19 case counts for Massachusetts, the USA and the world. It also contains links to the morning’s latest news on COVID-19 and its impacts.

The Indy will cover the weekly Amherst Special Town Council Meetings and we will endeavor to report minutes and/or commentary on those meetings within a day or two.

We will endeavor to post letters to The Indy within a day of receipt.

We will post announcements about changing circumstances in town as well as emergency information as we receive it.

And, while our event calendar is empty, we’re working on putting together a calendar of on-line plays and concerts. Readers can help us out by sharing their favorite listings with us at amherstindy@gmail.com
