Amherst and Pelham Democratic Town Committees Will Meet to Select Delegates to State Convention

Amherst Town Committee
The Amherst Democratic Town Committee will meet at the Bangs Community Center (new location!), 70 Boltwood Walk, on Saturday, March 7, at 11:00 a.m. Registered Democrats will gather to elect 17 delegates and 4 alternates to represent Amherst at the 2026 State Democratic Convention. Please RSVP for the caucus via this link . Individuals aged 16 and above who have registered or pre-registered as Democrats in Amherst may vote and can be elected as delegates or alternates during the caucus. Youth (ages 16 to 35), people with disabilities, people of color, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who are not elected as delegates or alternates are encouraged to apply to serve as add-on delegates at the caucus via this form.

Pelham Town Committee

The Pelham Town Democratic Committee will meet on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 10.:00 a.m. in the Ramsdell Room of the Pelham Library to form a caucus in order to elect delegates to the State Democratic Nominating Convention. The convention, which nominates candidates for statewide office, will take place in Worcester on May 29 and 30.
All registered Democrats in Pelham are eligible to run for delegate. The Pelham Town Democratic Committee will reimburse the convention entrance fee for the delegates. 

This caucus provides an opportunity  to meet Pelham’s Town Democratic Committee and to get better acquainted with the party’s positions in this most trying time in our history.
