Enjoy an evening of music and food at the 15th Annual South Church Chicken BBQ & Band Concert. The BBQ will run from 5:00 to 6:00 pm at South Church, 1066 South East Street. All meals are prepared “To Go” and cost $20. Each meal includes 1/2 chicken or BBQ soy curls, potato salad, coleslaw, tricky pickles, roll, and a brownie. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling (413) 253-2977 or emailing office@amherstsouthchurch.org.
The Amherst Community Band will also host its final summer concert starting at 6:00 pm. The concert is free and open to the public, and will feature guest conductor Richard Cuoco.
