The local press was invited to join Amethyst Brook Elementary School Principal Allison Estes, School Superintendent E, Ximomara Herman, and members of her leadership team, and town Communication Director Samantha Giffen, for a walkthrough of the new school building before it officially opens for the first day of school on Wednesday, Aug. 26. The school was abuzz with teachers and staff readying the building for the arrival of students. Here are some photos from that tour.
