Lottery For Affordable Units At 180 Fearing Street

The newly constructed apartment complex at 180 Fearing Street is now taking applications for three affordable units. SEB Housing  is accepting the applications and conducting a lottery for the one bedroom, two bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Applications must be received or postmarked by 2 p.m. on October 23. Applicants must meet the following income guidelines for maximum household income: $55,800 (1 person), $63,800 (2 people), $71,750 (3 people) $79,700 (4 people), $86,100 (5 people), $92,500 (6 people)

Affordable rents will be $1,165 for a one-bedroom, $1,375 for a two-bedroom, and $1,650 for a three-bedroom. Rent does not include electric heat, cooking, and hot water. Water and sewer expenses are included. Units include appliances, including washer and dryer, but are unfurnished. Free parking provided on site. Rents for future years are subject to change.
