We should hold off on major projects until we see COVID’s impact; on businesses, on the town budget, on schools and higher education. Regarding the Jones LIbrary project, more space, if needed, could be found in a newly vacant fire station or in the vacated elementary school.

  1. One proposal from several years ago for the downtown Fire Station is to convert it into the Children’s Library. It’s well worth keeping in mind.
