The Amherst Farmers’ Market will launch its Winter Market at the Bangs Community Center in downtown Amherst. The Winter Market will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday in December and on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of January, February, and March. This new venue offers a spacious and familiar environment for local farmers, artisans, and crafters to showcase their goods to the community. 

“We are thrilled to bring our Winter Market to a new downtown location,” said David A. Machowski, manager & director of operations for the Amherst Farmers’ Market Committee. “Many of the regular, favorite vendors are planning to attend the Winter Market and are excited to be in downtown Amherst with the full support and partnership of the town!” 

“Hosting the Amherst Farmers Market in downtown Amherst through the winter months is a real bonus for town residents,” said Amherst Town Manager Paul Bockelman. “This provides yet another reason for visitors to visit downtown Amherst to visit the market, connect with friends, and support our local economy.” 

The Amherst Winter Farmers’ Market will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Large Activity Room of the Bangs Community Center (70 Boltwood Walk) on the following dates: 

  • Saturday, December 7, 2024 
  • Saturday, December 14, 2024 
  • Saturday, December 21, 2024 
  • Saturday, December 28, 2024 
  • Saturday, January 11, 2025 
  • Saturday, January 25, 2025 
  • Saturday, February 8, 2025 
  • Saturday, February 22, 2025 
  • Saturday, March 8, 2025 
  • Saturday, March 22, 2025
